Today this task for SLJ is Insect Art.
First we watched a video showing an artist making insects from leave's, twigs and other thing in nature.
I made my insect from 8 twigs, 4 small spiky leaves, 1 tiny pine cone, and 1 empty nut shell.
The insect I made was a spider and the materials took a lot of time to get.
Tēnā koe Koura-Beau, this is Elle from the Summer Learning Journey.
ReplyDeleteWell done for completing the insect art activity!
I really like that you have used lots of different kinds of plant matter to make your spider, especially nut shells and pinecones! I think spiders are cool because they come in so many different shapes and sizes - what’s the biggest spider you’ve ever seen? Was it bigger than the one you made?
Great job and well done for making your photo nice and big on your blog so it’s easy to see your awesome spider!
Ngā mihi nui and keep it up - I can’t wait to see more of your posts!
